A slow, sensory encounter in the woods and meadows of Ticino Park: this three-hour excursion is designed to introduce you to local biodiversity by listening to the landscape, following wildlife tracks, and learning to move with awareness.
This is not a competitive trek, but an experience of observing and connecting with wildlife—from roe deer to wolves—and with one's own instincts.
Small listening exercises and silent movement techniques help us experience a more authentic connection with nature.

Itinerary
Meet at the Ronchi car park, Vigevano.
I walk on easy-difficulty forest paths.
Observing tracks and silently listening to the fauna.
Practical exercises in attention and silent movement.
Return to the starting point.

Lupus in fabula: A family excursion to discover wolves, their characteristics, and their habits.

Weekend in Monte Terzo Park – Visit Utopias

As part of the Erasmus+ “Via Alpina Youth” project, Wild Routes is offering ten young people the opportunity to spend a weekend (20-21 September 2025) discovering the Monte Terzo Municipal Park in the Paluzza area, with an overnight stay at Malga Lavareit.

We will focus on the biodiversity of this vital area bordering Austria and traversed by the Via Alpina, and on possible ways we can all study and protect it.
