We will spend three days immersed in the Aveto Regional Natural Park (Ligurian Apennines) in a mountainous and very wild context to try to catch the eye of one of the most fascinating and controversial wild animals of our country: the wolf. We will also have a good chance of observing roe deer, birds of prey (golden eagle, short-toed eagle, peregrine), various passerines, wild horses and, with a little luck, the black woodpecker.

The Workshop is aimed at both photographers and people with experience and at those who want to approach nature observation and photography for the first time. To be able to observe and photograph animals, you need to know their habits and behaviors and also know how to recognize and interpret the signals left by their presence. During the workshop we will learn how to move in natural environments, how and where to position yourself to try to observe and photograph the animals without disturbing them and how it is essential to always put ethics and respect for the fauna and the environment first.
We will also dedicate some time to post-production, with several examples of some programs to be used for the arrangement of photographic images.

In natural environments there is no certainty of being able to carry out observations of the fauna.

Layered clothing is recommended to best adapt to the different temperatures.
Rain jacket, long trousers, fleece or sweater, hat, trekking boots with sculpted soles, better if tall and waterproof, sunscreen, rain cover, front torch, towel to sit on, heavy clothing for stakeouts. Bright and visible colors should be avoided

Binoculars and camera and tripod recommended.

The routes do not present technical difficulties and require good walking training in a mountain environment
